PTDECK® (PT330) is a fully-registered newly developed low profile decking to suit two way post tensioning & other lost formwork.

PT330 is a 30mm high, interlocking deck with a cover of 330mm, making it ideal for post tensioning. It is available in 1.00mm base metal thickness (bmt) with grey anti glare water based coating. Using PTDECK® has multiple advantages:

1. no delamination
2. flat soffit -which means a streamline finish -minimal seepage
3. could be used as composite decking
4. locally made-which means fast turnaround

Our decking has been tested fully to the requirements of the Australian Standards AS3610.

Formdeck FD300 is an easy to use 300mm cover interlocking deck with deep swage pan stiffeners providing a strong fast and cost effective formwork solution. It is ideal for exposed ceiling applications and can be made available in pre-painted finish to soffit.
